Our accessibility team is focused on making sure that each of our guests feel welcome and included in the event. Here are some of the services that our Accessibility team provide at the event:
Stop by the Accessibility desk inside of Registration to pick up a set of three Social Comfort Cards. These cards provide an easy way to communicate your openness to social interaction with other guests at any time.
Stop by the Accessibility desk inside of Registration to pick up an Accessibility card that lets our staff and safety teams know that you have specific requirements around accessibility to our events. These cards make it easy for our teams to provide more proactive assistance to those with accessibility needs.
Our accessibility team can be found in Registration. If you need assistance with anything, or if registration is closed, please visit the Ambassador desk on the Marquis level of the Marriott Marquis.

The badge simply lets staff know that you may need additional support. Please see any staff member if you require a specific accommodation and we will do so to the best of our ability. Please note that we do have limitations such as elevators and specific hotel rules.
All attendees are required to have a paid registration for the convention.
ABSOLUTELY! We do not require any additional documentation but please ensure that they are a task-trained service dog and not an ESA. While we love and recognize that Emotional Support Animals are important, please leave them at home.

Yes, please limit the amount of additional guests to one for entry to events and seating.
You should flag down an Accessibility Services staff member (they will be wearing purple vests) or stop by our Ambassadors Desk in the Marriott Marquis/Courtland Grand. The number for Accessibility at Con will be on the back of your badge.
You are not required to provide any proof of disability to receive any of our services. Although you are welcome to share specific details, we will never ask you to disclose your disability or medical condition(s).
Per the ADA laws, we are required to ask how your disability impacts your experience at the convention. Any information that you provide will be held in strict confidence and will be used to provide the best, safest experience for all attendees.
