2025 Suite Lottery Information

The lottery form will open on October 2nd, 2025 and be closed on October 9th, 2025. All entrants are treated equally regardless of when they applied for a suite. Winners will be notified by email that they are eligible to reserve a suite and which suite type they can reserve. Winners have 24 hours to respond with confirmation of their interest before their suite is awarded to a member on the waitlist.

Once accepted all winners will owe one night’s room cost (non-refundable) which will be withdrawn a week after booking emails have been sent to winners. Winners will be booked in the suite that they won and will be required to enter all pertinent information for the reservation. If the winner does not enter all pertinent information (including credit card) by the time deposits are withdrawn, the suite will be removed and awarded to a member on the waitlist.

NOTE: All lottery entrants must have a paid registration through MyFWA.com before filling out the form to be eligible for a suite. Any entrant that is not registered for FWA, will be removed.

Winner Information

We anticipate notifying all winners within 48 hours after the suite lottery closes. Winners will have 24 hours to confirm their interest. Failure to respond within this time-frame will result in the suite being offered to someone on the waitlist.

If your preferred dates aren't available, we'll contact you with alternative options. You'll still have 24 hours to accept or decline the suite.

Our goal is to allocate all suites before the general room block opens. Please monitor your email closely and respond promptly. If you're no longer interested, kindly let us know.

Waitlist information

If you don't win a suite, you'll be placed on a waitlist. Should a suite become available, we will notify you via email. You will have 72 hours to confirm your interest.

IMPORTANT: We recommend waitlisted members book accommodations through the general room block, as a suite is not guaranteed. If you're later awarded a suite, we'll assist you in transferring your booking. The remaining balance of one night's room cost will be charged within seven days of the change.

Deposit Information

Winners will owe one night’s room booking for their reservation. Once the suite is awarded, the winner will have until 10/17/2025 to provide their payment information. The one night's room booking fee will be charged by 10/24/2025.

If the winner does not provide their payment information by 10/17/2025, the reservation will be cancelled and awarded to the waitlist. If you are awarded a suite after 10/17/2025, you will have seven days to input your payment information, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled.

Adding connectors to your reservation

Certain Suites have the ability to add connected rooms to the suite. If the suite you are awarded has the ability for a connecting room, You will have the option to add the connecting room(s) to your suite reservation, if available. The cost of the room is the same group rate of the hotel that your suite is awarded in. When you receive your award email, the connecting room options will be offered to you. If you would like to add the connecting room(s), you will need to confirm that choice at the time of acceptance of the suite award. Please note, these connecting rooms (known as connectors) are generally a King Bed room. In rare cases, suites have a king bed room connector AND a double bed room connector. Whether or not a suite has a connector available is solely based on the type of suite awarded.

Important: It is not possible to combine a general room block release room with a suite block release.
