FWA Member Registration

📣 2026 Registration is at the Courtland Grand hotel 📣

Accessibility Registration available at Courtland Grand and Marriott Marquis

2026 Hours of Operation

Thursday 12:00 PM (Noon) - 11:00 PM
Friday 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM
Saturday 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Sunday 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

If you have not purchased your membership yet, you can at myFWA.com. Please be aware, you must have a valid wristband to access any non-public convention space.

Have Your Barcode & ID Ready!

We've learned from experience, with so many furries gathered in one place cell service can get pretty spotty. Make sure you go to https://myfwa.com/wallet before you get to con and screenshot your registration barcode!

Example barcode:

And don't forget, you'll need a photo ID too!

Accessible Registration

For attendees with accessibility needs, we will have 2 Accessibility Registration sites. One will be in the main registration area, and we will have another satellite Accessibility Registration in the Atlanta Marriott Marquis on the Marquis floor at the Guest Services/Ambassador desk.

What to Expect at Registration

Ready to get your weekend started? Whether you are a first-time attendee, a seasoned Sponsor, or have your wristband arriving by mail, we’ve mapped out exactly what your arrival will look like. Follow our step-by-step guide to see which lines to join, what documents you’ll need at the ready, and how to navigate the Courtland Grand like a pro.

Hotel Check-In

We've got a few quick reminders that will help make your check-in process go smoothly!

Mobile Check-In

Mobile check-in is available for most of our hotel partners! Skip the line in the lobby and go straight to your room! Our partners just have a few notes:

  • Your credit card needs to be attached to your account.
  • In order to get a physical key you will need to visit the front desk. You can do this after the rush!
  • You will need a photo ID to retrieve a physical key after mobile check in.
  • For Hyatt only You can check in online and then visit the "web check-in line" in the lobby.

Don't Forget About Incidentals

When you check into a hotel your card will be charged a fee to cover any damage or purchases you might make (it's different depending on what hotel you're in). This fee will be refunded after your stay.

You'll Be Charged The Full Balance At Check-In

This is especially important if you're paying with debit instead of credit. When you check in to your hotel room you must have a balance that is enough to cover your whole stay + incidentals. Make sure your account is prepared ahead of time!

Etiquette

Not everyone's a seasoned traveler or con-goer so we've got a few etiquette how-tos for y'all:

  • Make sure you tip!
    • Tip your valet
    • Tip your bellhop
    • Leave a tip for housekeeping when you leave
  • Clean up after yourself!
    • Bag your trash in your room
    • Pull the blankets off your beds when you leave
    • Don't leave trash in public areas, use a trash can
  • Don't stop in the middle of congested walkways
    • You're going to run into a friend going the opposite direction on a skybridge, turn around and walk with them, don't stop the flow of traffic to chat!
    • Don't stop at the end of stairwells, escalators, or as you're exiting an elevator
  • Elevators, elevators, elevators
    • Don't pack an elevator past its capacity
    • Don't go up to go down or vice versa
    • There will be hotel drivers in the Marriott and Hilton part time each day
    • We'll have staff this year helping to make sure you know elevator etiquette!

Parking

Not planning on parking at your hotel? There are plenty of convenient parking garages and lots around our venues. And if you're looking to save a bit of money there are multiple MARTA stations that allow overnight parking that are much cheaper! He has also created multiple VR avatars including his most popular avatar, the FoxBox. He has created fursuits for the real world as well! Crafting over a dozen suits for himself and others. He's a real jack of all trades!

Could you introduce yourself?

Hi! I’m Kipper. I make cute art!

What do you do, or specialize in?

I specialize in toony furry art. I also enjoy making 3D avatars and fursuits on occasion.

What is your fursona or a character you use to represent yourself?

Otter!

How long have you been a furry?

Over 20 years. So a little while.

What is one of your favorite things you’ve gotten to do as a furry?

Doing art for Weasel Gear and sharing my art with everyone.

What is one of your favorite things you’ve gotten to create?

I really loved creating the Foxbox VR Chat avatar. It’s always so fun to see it running around.

If there is one thing you could share with FWA Attendees, what would it be?

Whatever you’re struggling with, just keep trying! You’ll get there eventually.

Ivycomb

2026 Guest of Honor | Musician

Viva G, otherwise known as ivycomb or Ivy, is a fandom veteran residing in the Vancouver area in British Columbia, Canada. They are a full-time YouTuber, musician, animator, and twitch streamer having amassed over 700,000 followers since starting their journey as ivycomb in 2020. Having released two albums, over 50 singles, and over 1,000 YouTube videos in that time, Ivy has a strong passion for the fandom and what it has to offer and has incorporated a lot of that love into their work.

Could you introduce yourself?

Hi, I'm ivycomb! I'm a 25 year old multimedia artist and furry from Vancouver, BC, Canada.

What do you do, or specialize in?

This is always a difficult question for me. I'm most well known for my music and YouTube videos, but I've spent a lot of time with a lot of different hobbies and skillsets. I'm a cinematographer, animator, editor, writer, sound engineer, hobbyist programmer, and hobbyist motorsports driver to name a few of them! I really like trying out new things and seeing how far I can push myself.

What is your fursona or a character you use to represent yourself?

I have Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), so identity has always been a struggle for me. I currently have 41 fursonas, my main one that my whole system uses is called Synergy, she is a bat/bee hybrid creature. Not to be confused with I.V. which is my mascot!

How long have you been a furry?

I've been a furry since 2010. Warrior cats introduced me to the fandom of all things.

What is one of your favorite things you’ve gotten to do as a furry?

It's tough to name my favorite thing as a furry because I've done many different, fun activities over the years. I think that furry car shows at numerous conventions are up there for me, but my #1 is probably my live shows, as a whole. I know it may seem kind of personally biased, but the energy that the room has getting to share niche indie songs with the people who enjoy them the most is very magical for me and I always greatly look forward to it.

What is one of your favorite things you’ve gotten to create?

I once baked a really good cake, but I've never been able to replicate it.

If there is one thing you could share with FWA Attendees, what would it be?

The cake from question 6.
