Pre-registration will open soon on July 10th, 2009 and run through February 26th, 2010. After that point the only method will be to register at the door. Until pre-registration closes, you can register online (suggested), or by mail using the registration form (available in DOC and PDF). Any forms or payments received after February 26th, 2010 will be considered delinquent and charged full price at the door.

Furry Weekend Atlanta will welcome any attendee who wishes to attend our convention regardless of age. However, due to problems that have occured in the past, both at our convention and at others, Furry Weekend Atlanta will be enforcing a requirement that all attendees under the age of 18 have a signed, notarized consent form (available in DOC and PDF) on file with Furry Weekend Atlanta staff or a parent or guardian present when they register at the convention. Attendees under the age of 18 will also not be allowed to attend certain events at the convention that may contain material only suitable for adults.

International visitors who are under the age of 18 are still required to have a signed and notarized parental permission form on file with Furry Weekend Atlanta. We have a special international form (available in DOC and PDF) that is designed to be as generic as possible. Furry Weekend Atlanta suggests checking the phone directory under both Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Publics. As a last resort, US Consular Services in the most nations have notaries on staff at consular locations that can take care of it for you as well.

Additionally, due to COPPA restrictions, all attendees under the age of 13 are not eligible to register online, and must register in person on the day of the convention and have a chaperone on site in addition to the parental permission form. Attendees under the age of 13 must also have a parent or guardian present when they check in at the convention. We apologize for the inconvenience, but this is for the safety of all the attendees as well as the convention itself.

Refunds: Please direct refund requests to registration@furryweekend.com before pre-registration closes. After pre-registration closes, we will not be able to issue you a refund.

The following membership options are available for pre-registering attendees:

• Attending: $40.00 (plus tax) preregistered until February 26th, 2010. $45.00 (plus tax) at the door.

Attending membership grants you entry into the convention for its duration of Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and you can take part in all convention activities open to the membership excluding those events specifically for sponsors or God-Level members. Additionally, attending members are entitled to receive our "Southern Tails" newsletters and promotional materials we produce for one year after Furry Weekend Atlanta.

• Sponsoring: $90.00 (plus tax) preregistered until February 26th, 2010. $100.00 (plus tax) at the door.

Sponsors are generous people who want to give a little bit extra to Furry Weekend Atlanta. Sponsoring membership grants you entry into the convention for its duration of Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and you can take part in all convention activities open to the membership except events specifically for God-Level members. Sponsoring members receive a special mark on their badge, a free Furry Weekend Atlanta T-shirt, and are entitled to receive our "Southern Tails" newsletters and promotional materials we produce for one year after Furry Weekend Atlanta. And they get our gratitude!

• God-Level Sponsoring: $160.00 (plus tax) preregistered until February 26th, 2010. $180.00 (plus tax) at the door.

God-Level Sponsors are truly divine, as they are the generous people who want to give the most they can to Furry Weekend Atlanta. God-Level Sponsoring membership grants you entry into the convention for its duration of Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and you take part in all convention activities open to the membership. God-Level members receive a special mark on their badge, a free Furry Weekend Atlanta T-shirt, and special God-Level-only gifts. God-Level sponsors receive a paid dinner with our Guests of Honor, and admission to Mount Olympus, the God-Level Lounge. God-Level Sponsors are also entitled to receive our "Southern Tails" newsletters and promotional materials we produce for one year after Furry Weekend Atlanta. And they get our eternal gratitude!

• One-Day Admission (Adult): $20.00 (plus tax) on Friday and Sunday, $30.00 (plus tax) on Saturday.

One-Day admission grants you entry into the convention for one day on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, and you can take part in all convention activities open to the membership. Additionally, one-day members are entitled to receive any newsletters or promotional materials we produce for one year after Furry Weekend Atlanta.

NO ONE WILL BE ADMITTED TO FURRY WEEKEND ATLANTA WITHOUT A VALID, GOVERNMENT-ISSUED PHOTO IDENTIFICATION. NO EXCEPTIONS.
